  • 1 box 15.25 oz yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 large eggs

Instructions
 

  • Start by heating your oven to 350°F (175°C). Get a baking sheet ready by lining it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add the yellow cake mix, peanut butter, eggs, and oil. Mix everything together until it forms a soft, even dough.
  • Take a tablespoon of dough at a time and roll it into a ball. Place each ball on the baking sheet, leaving about two inches of space between them. Use a fork to press down on each ball twice, making a crisscross pattern.
  • Put the tray in the oven and bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges of the cookies are lightly golden. Take them out and let them sit on the baking sheet for a few minutes. Then move them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
